SIMPLEX ADVANTAGE MATERIAL PROCUREMENT Simplex System Controls has earned Premier Buyer status with the major electrical distributors in the Chicago land area, including Revere and SteineR. This status affords Simplex very attractive discounts which are passed on to our customers. These discounts are available to Simplex due to the large volume of business we do with these distributors. These discounts are reviewed and renegotiated constantly to assure our customers the lowest price possible. SteineR and Revere make daily deliveries to Simplex which allows us to keep our cost of inventory low, deliver product on time and react quickly to customer change requests during manufacturing. Simplex System Controls also maintains a close relationship with a quality steel fabricator, who furnishes standard and custom electrical enclosures in both mild and stainless steel. This relationship has allowed us to meet our customer’s requests for very unique enclosures as well as stands, pedestals and brackets. All components are inspected upon arrival to make sure they meet the required specifications. A visual inspection is completed to assure there are no damaged or broken parts. Each component is marked with its associated job number and placed in a storage area with all other components for that job.
